RUS Broadband Pilot Program Loan (Ripley, MS)
Creation and implementation of an initial $4.8M broadband network design utilizing xDSL facilities that was subsequently approved and funded by RUS. As technological advancements were made in the industry, a follow-up system design change, utilizing wireless broadband technology was prepared, submitted and approved to provide an even more efficient high speed data and VOIP network to serve rural Mississippi.

RUS Broadband Loan A (Levelland & Smyer, TX)
Application, submission and subsequent implementation of a $12M RUS Broadband Loan project utilizing FTTH technologies to provide broadband voice, data and video services, including the construction of 98 miles of fiber construction to serve approximately 6,500 broadband subscribers in rural TX.

RUS Broadband Loan B (Owatonna, MN)
Application, submission and subsequent implementation of a $4.6M RUS Broadband Loan project utilizing FTTH, xDSL and wireless technologies to provide broadband voice, data and video services for 57 rural communities within 8 counties, adjacent to their existing CLEC service area in rural MN. This project included the construction of approximately 185 miles of fiber optic cable routes which was projected to serve 1,400 broadband subscribers.
RUS Broadband Loan C (Owatonna, MN)
Application, submission and subsequent implementation of a $17M RUS Broadband Loan project utilizing FTTH, xDSL and wireless technologies to provide broadband voice, data and video services, including the construction of 286 miles of fiber construction, throughout 13 counties in rural MN and was projected to serve 4,200 broadband subscribers.

Bay Springs Telephone Company: Round 1 ARRA BIP Last Mile Project (Bay Springs, MS)
Successful creation and submission of a round one ARRA Broadband Stimulus Application that was approved to fund the construction of an approximately $8.4M FTTP project consisting of 53 miles of fiber construction to serve approximately 3,600 unserved and underserved subscribers in the state of MS.

Round 2 ARRA BIP Last Mile Project (Cherokee, AL)
Successful creation, submission and implementation of all OSP and ISP aspects of a round two ARRA Broadband Stimulus Application that was approved for a $1.7M of FTTN/xDSL broadband network - The Cherokee Broadband Initiatives Project will provide the infrastructure necessary for rural subscribers in the Colbert county communities of Margerum, Barton and Cherokee, Alabama to access advanced high speed broadband services. This area represents an estimated 1,200 households and 230 businesses. This broadband access will offer customers more opportunity to improve lifestyles through online educational classes, increased knowledge of world events, and entertainment options with ADSL2+ technology. JDFEC was contracted to engineer all ISP and OSP elements of the project.

Successful creation, submission and ongoing implementation of a round one ARRA Broadband Stimulus Application that was approved to fund the construction of a $44.5M FTTP and wireless broadband project consisting of 420 miles of fiber construction to serve approximately 22,000 un-served and underserved subscribers in the state of TX. JDFEC was contracted to engineer the implementation of all ISP components.
Round 1 ARRA BIP Last Mile Project #2 (Wichita Falls, TX)
Successful creation, submission and ongoing implementation of all OSP and ISP aspects of a round one ARRA Broadband Stimulus Application approved to fund the construction of a approximately $19.1M FTTP and wireless broadband project consisting of 121 miles of fiber construction to serve approximately 8,000 unserved and undeserved subscribers in the rural communities of Burkburnett and Iowa Park, TX.
Round 2 ARRA BIP Last Mile Project (Northshore, LA)
Successful creation, submission and ongoing implementation of a round two ARRA Broadband Stimulus Application approved to fund the construction of a approximately $36.2M FTTP and wireless broadband project consisting of 348 miles of fiber and tower sites construction, covering 8 communities in 3 counties in Louisiana to serve approximately 23,000 unserved and underserved subscribers in the rural communities on the North shore of Lake Ponchatrain in Louisiana. JDFEC was contracted to engineer the implementation of all ISP components.
