In 2005 and 2006, Fail Engineering provided assistance to Bay Springs Communications, Inc, a CLEC located in Bay Springs, Mississippi to design and implement fiber transport and fiber to the premise delivery of service to business tenants within the Howard Technical Park in Ellisville, MS. Expansion plans were also developed to serve additional businesses as they are constructed within the park and to construct a dedicated fiber link between a manufacturing plant inside the park to connect it to a remote facility located at the Ellisville airport. The design utilized Lucent DMX, Lucent DDM2000 and Adtran Optimx lightwave equipment.
